I am all about numbers and statistics and spent a lot of time researching for the right balance-of-system. Ready Solar has the niche in the market to give customers who want insight into the underlying system performance locally, remotely and with high levels of automation (especially if you have a lot of smart devices like me). The system they installed allows us to fully control the battery (love that I can say "discharge now" from my mobile phone any time), the Smart EV charger shares the same Inverter breaker (if your main AC panel is full like mine) and my favorite is the Solar forecast that automates battery consumption based on the PV production the next day. Very friendly crew of professionals and can troubleshoot at engineering level for complex hardware or software issues. They put safety first when designing the system, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had the team at Ready Solar install a 9.7kwh solar power plant to our home this past summer (on our complicated, and rather high roof) and they did a fantastic job! Had been thinking about adding solar to our roof for a number of years, but until this year it did not seem viable. Our roof was never designed for solar. This year with all the more talk of climate change and the available rebates we thought we would look into it again……so we went out again to get a few quotes. After finding Ready Solar they showed us that it would work on our home, that we could fit a (almost) 10 kwh system on our roof(s), that it is financially viable here in rainy Vancouver, and that we could get a nice ROI – all the while generating our own electricity and doing our small part to help reduce climate change. The installation took a little longer than planned due to some supply chain challenges and technical problems with the hardware – but Ready Solar’s communication and support thru the full process was fantastic. They worked around the supply chain problems, fixed the technical problems, and kept coming back every day until the work was complete and system was running as expected. Ready Solar’s customer service is top class, and they make going solar very easy. Ready Solar got all the required permits and safety approvals on their own, did all the design/installation work, set up the net metering program for us with BC Hydro, and supplied all the paperwork for us to apply to the Federal Green Homes program for the grant. If you are thinking of adding solar to your home - talk to Ready Solar. If you are not thinking about adding Solar - you should.

Very happy to be able to have solar energy for my house. Glad I found Ready Solar for installation of things like solar panels, inverter, switch, EV charger, and the lovely SolarEdge power battery. Without the battery, I would not have peace because the gas powered generator was otherwise very loud and smelly. Thanks again for the timely response.

Very happy to have solar power on my roof to offset our electricity being produced by the Burnaby garbage incinerator! Initially I found it difficult to get a decent quote but happy to have found Ready Solar who did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I have some knowledge of solar having used it on my RV for some time and I was impressed that Ready Solar used the latest slimer and more efficient panels. All the electrical work seems to be very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend to get solar on your roof as it is very efficient and cost effective now with the $5000 rebate and Ready Solar came in and did a very nice job very quickly. They are a nice family run operation and I am grateful they helped me reduce my carbon foot print.

We just had Ready Solar, Sukh and his team, install solar panels, car charger and upgrade the electric panel and had a great experience. Overwhelming but Sukh and his team made look easy. Efficient, clean look (I'm very particular about the look of my house), professional and really friendly. I have been looking to have solar panels installed for a couple years, and have been pricing our DIY kits and getting quotes from installers. With the Federal Green Homes program, it became viable to have them installed and after much research I chose Ready Solar. I was able to size my system to maximize the solar input considering I have a lot of shading. Ready Solar took care of all the details, and install took about a week. The workmanship was very good, and I am picky. They cleaned up after themselves and there wasn't any reason for a call back. I've now been generating power for a month and couldn't be happier. Great communication at all times from Ready Solar and they made it as easy as possible. It is really a no brainer, and will produce power for a long long time. Excellent job and I couldn't recommend them enough...so much so that I have, to several people that are getting their own systems installed. A+ to Ready Solar.
